How would you like to have a permanent seat on the Valley Rattler?
The Valley Rattler is acknowledged as the tourism icon of the Gympie Region. Our steam trains run four trips per week to the Mary Valley and other charters and services add at least another trip per week to our busy volunteer run schedule.
The ideal way to do the trip is in the beautifully restored Club Car which accommodates just twenty-five people. Friends travelling together can arrange the free standing lounge chairs in a way that ensures greatest enjoyment of the trip out through the Valley.
The MVHR Management Committee has made the decision to upgrade the seating accommodation in the Club Car through the purchase of some good quality chairs. As always, funds for such a capital outlay are scarce and we would like to give a limited number of Gympie businesses or individuals the opportunity to fund the purchase of a chair through the donation of $300.
MVHR appreciates the past support of people such as yourself, and we wish to offer you the opportunity to assist on this occasion. All contributors will be acknowledged on a plaque to be displayed in the Club Car and will receive a Valley Rattler Club Car Family Pass to be used to travel in the Club Car on any one of our regular services during the next twelve months.
